Thomas Menthe studied information technology with a major in business studies. Subsequently, he gained 13 years experience working in the areas of training and sales in the IT business and other industries for leading companies. For the last 8 years he has worked as a consultant to companies and in 2001 he founded his own company for b2c-sales. His special interests lie in the area of sales strategy execution and human capital development. His aim is the development of sustainable and results-orientated ideas as well as continuous innovation in customer management. Thomas Menthe is both an inspiring and lively speaker, who has been distinguished several times by the worldwide public speaking organisation ‘Toastmasters’.
